You will mentor managers, optimize financials, labor costs, and service quality, and collaborate with culinary, retail, and events teams to drive growth.

The role requires a proven hospitality leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced, luxury destination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, and hospitality best practices.
• Experience managing financial performance, labor costs, and operational profitability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
