Job summary

Highlands Sports Complex, operated by The Sports Facilities Companies, seeks a Food & Beverage and Hospitality Manager to oversee concessions, special events, and group bookings. You will lead a culinary team, manage budgets, and ensure superior customer experiences across all F&B operations.

You will collaborate with General Management and Finance, coordinate catering for events, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of culinary experience.
• 2-4 years of food & beverage management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills and be decisive under pressure.
• Food Safety Manager Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for concessions and events to ensure quality and consistency.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate event and F&B team members.
• Open and close concession locations and kitchen.
• Generate daily budgets and monitor weekly food and labor costs.
• Monitor quality control and manage cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas.
• Create inventory management processes and coordinate kitchen equipment installation and repairs.
• Implement and manage sales/ordering strategies for budget management.
• Create event P&L analysis to ensure feasibility and profitability.
• Develop new menu ideas reflecting demand and trends for events.
• Manage supply invoices, set up vendor accounts, and communicate with sales reps and suppliers.
• Inspect equipment and deliveries, document inventory and health practices for inspections.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and assist with F&B reports and business planning.
