Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Proven track record in high-volume food & beverage environments.
• Experience in customer service leadership and event support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Directly align with Cedar Point Sports Center mission and core values.
• Oversee daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for concessions and events to ensure quality and safety.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising all Food & Beverage team members.
• Open, supervise, operate, and close concession locations across properties.
• Monitor labor and food costs and assist with financial reporting.
