Job summary

Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas seeks an experienced hospitality leader to oversee daily operations of the food & beverage team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will lead a diverse team, manage scheduling, communicate with kitchen, front desk, and outlets, and uphold Virgin standards and safety regulations.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• SNHD Food Handlers and Nevada Alcohol Education Cards with minimum 6 months validity.
• 3–5 years of food and beverage management experience.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor information flow from superiors, hotel and culinary sides to hourly teammates and share results.
• Manage guest issues and communicate with FOH/BOH to resolve them.
• Maintain floor presence and ensure Virgin standards and protocol.
• Schedule staff, manage openings/closings, and drive revenue through competitions.
• Train team members and onboard new staff with regular feedback.
