Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a dynamic food & beverage leadership professional to drive exceptional dining experiences. You will lead teams, ensure flawless guest interactions, and maintain Virgin standards across departments.

You will manage scheduling, training, and guest issue resolution, while collaborating with hotel and culinary teams to optimize service quality and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong English communication and a proactive, energetic leadership style.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of food & beverage management experience.
• Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• Active SNHD Food Handlers and Nevada Alcohol Education Cards with minimum 6 months validity.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and relay information from superiors, hotel side, and culinary side to hourly teammates; ensure consistent messaging.
• Detail and confirm guest profiles and communicate to FOH/BOH; manage guest issues with confidence.
• Keep the team on track, energized, and aligned with standards and service; project direction daily.
• Communicate food issues, VIPs, reservations, and business level changes to kitchen, outlets, and front desk.
• Conduct per-shift team huddles and post-shift recap to share updates and expectations.
• Oversee daily tasks: scheduling, staffing adjustments, driving revenue through competitions, and ensuring Virgin standards.
