Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Busser/Runner to support the food and beverage operation by bussing and resetting tables, running food and beverages, and providing courteous, timely guest service. You will interact with guests and coworkers to ensure an enjoyable dining experience and help maintain health and safety standards on property.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to work in a team, and adherence to SNHD guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have current, legal ability to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Food Service Handler Card and TABC certification valid for at least 6 months.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work environment.
• Run food and beverages to guests and assist with takeout orders.
• Assist guests with re-ordering and online ordering, answer menu questions.
• Explain basic details of dishes/beverages at delivery.
• Follow SNHD regulations and health safety protocols and maintain logs.
• Work with BOH and FOH to ensure smooth service.
• Stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate POS system and communicate effectively with teammates.
