• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue and monitor waiting list.
• Escort guests to dining or bar areas and provide menus.
• Manage reservations and greet guests upon departure.
• Coordinate with wait staff about seating options and queue status.
• Answer guest queries and assist servers as needed.
• Maintain a clean reception area and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Adhere to SNHD health and safety regulations and report incidents.
