Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Utility Worker I to support both back-of-house and front-of-house F&B operations. You will help maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen and dining area while assisting cooks and service staff as needed.

The role emphasizes hygiene, equipment cleaning, and adherence to health and safety policies; it may include lifting, standing for long periods, and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record food and equipment temperature.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment including pot/dish wash and deep clean duties.
• Attend in-house training sessions.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations.
• Comply with the health and safety policy and company policies.
• Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to; assist chefs with checking in deliveries.
• Ensure food storage aligns with hygiene regulations and stock rotation.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment/furniture.
• Prepare service area and/or service points.
• Accurate storage of food items and equipment after service.
