Job summary

Santa Clara Resort LLC in Espanola, NM, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations. You will lead staff, schedule weekly coverage, and ensure guest satisfaction while coordinating with the F&B Director on budgets.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory restaurant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant certifications. This is a full-time on-site position with responsibilities across daily, weekly, and monthly revenues.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent. Hospitality Management Degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years full service restaurant supervisory experience.
• Alcohol Awareness License and Food Handler's Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of their AOR in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Draft and monitor weekly staff schedules in line with budgetary guidelines.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training and disciplinary action to all staff in their AOR.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and maintaining high service standards.
