Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory hotel experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating Front Desk and Housekeeping operations.
• Proven ability to lead, train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel operations and staffing to ensure smooth service.
• Develop short- and long-term operational and financial plans for the hotel.
• Oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, Rooms and related support functions.
• Maintain inventory controls for equipment, supplies and amenities.
• Manage room inventory to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Monitor budgets, credit control, and guest security procedures.
• Prepare departmental reports and communicate with other departments.
