Station Casinos in Las Vegas seeks a Beverage Manager to oversee the Beverage Department, ensuring smooth operation across outlets and adherence to brand standards. You will track inventory, manage budgets and labor costs, and support interviewing and training new Team Members.

The role requires strong communication with guests, team, and management, with a focus on detail and a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years Beverage Management experience with a high volume beverage background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Excellent attention to detail both in products, service and the appearance of all operating Beverage outlets.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department.

Responsabilidades
