Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. is seeking a Beverage Department Manager to assist in overseeing the Beverage Department at its Las Vegas properties.

You will track shortages, schedule staff, and manage budgets and labor costs, while assisting with interviewing and training new Team Members to perform their job duties. Responsibilities include liquor inventory, ensuring department efficiency, and maintaining high standards in service and appearance across beverage outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Beverage Management experience with a high volume beverage background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Excellent attention to detail in products, service and beverage outlets.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand department activity.
