Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive food and beverage or restaurant experience.
• Hotel, upscale restaurant, or high-volume F&B experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to hospitality and guest service.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence within outlets and engage with guests and colleagues.
• Ensure welcoming, attentive service aligned with Hyatt standards.
• Monitor staff and shift procedures to ensure readiness and consistency.
• Partner with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Support financial goals through efficient operations and cost control.
