Job summary

Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations across the hotel–from restaurants to lounges and in-room dining. You will mentor and develop colleagues, uphold Hyatt service standards, and partner with culinary leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, financial awareness, and guest-centric leadership to drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive F&B or restaurant leadership.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
