Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the signature outlets and any F&B operations in our property. You will manage budgets, design marketing plans, and direct daily front- and back-of-house activities to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in high-volume hotel F&B, and the ability to coach teams while maintaining Hyatt standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in progressive Food & Beverage leadership roles.
• Experience in high-volume hotel F&B operations and staff management.
• Bachelor-level hospitality degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all F&B operations across outlets and events.
• Develop budgets, marketing plans and objectives within approved guidelines.
• Lead and coach staff; conduct performance reviews and salary discussions.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
