The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with culinary and hotel leadership, and a strong commitment to hospitality and colleague development, while driving financial results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, F&B Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive food and beverage or restaurant experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Hotel, upscale restaurant, or high-volume F&B experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to hospitality and exceptional guest service.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence across F&B outlets and engage with guests and colleagues.
• Ensure welcoming, attentive, and professional service aligned with Hyatt standards.
• Respond promptly to guest questions, concerns, and service issues; provide service recovery.
• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the dining experience.
• Lead and develop F&B colleagues through recruiting, onboarding, and coaching.
• Oversee daily restaurant, lounge, and in-room dining operations for efficiency and consistency.
• Support events, promotions, and holiday dining experiences.
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain food quality, timing, and service standards.
