Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining. You will develop colleagues, influence the guest experience, drive operational success, and partner with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver memorable dining experiences.

This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality, leadership, and Hyatt's purpose of caring for people so they can be their best, while achieving department revenue and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive food and beverage or restaurant experience with leadership.
• Hotel, upscale restaurant, or high-volume F&B experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visible leadership and engage with guests and colleagues.
• Oversee daily restaurant, lounge, and in-room dining operations.
• Coach, train, and develop colleagues; conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and expenses; ensure financial controls.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service compliance.
