The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection, seeks a F&B Assistant Systems Manager to maintain beverage and retail inventories across guest-facing areas, including lobby and ski lounge retail. As an ambassador of Auberge, you will support the soulful journey of the Lodge.

You will coordinate with guests and hotel teams, supervise inventory, participate in meetings, train staff, and ensure retail spaces reflect Blue Sky’s soul of place. Prior luxury resort experience is desirable.

Formación

• Upselling skills of products and experiences.
• Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and banquet and event service operations.
• Strong guest development and relationship management skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in event management or related professional area.
• Previous experience at luxury resorts and/or fine dining is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate verbal and written communications with guests regarding event details.
• Liaise between hotel and guests throughout the event process.
• Oversee guest experiences from file turnover through post‑event turnover.
• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions with hotel staff and guests.
• Attend meetings such as Banquet Event Order, Catering Forecast, and Resume Meeting.
