Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is hiring a Supervisor of Food & Beverage to coordinate and supervise F&B staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to standards. You report to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager and help manage events, inventories, and budgets.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to lead in a fast-paced environment and uphold BlueStar core values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise F&B staff to ensure peak performance.
• Maintain high standards of food service, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Hire and train banquet staff; supervise ongoing staff development.
• Assist with budget planning and monthly inventories; manage events.
