Qualifications

• Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Extensive experience in restaurant, banquet, and kitchen management.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the preparation and service of all food and beverage.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen and service areas.
• Provide oversight to kitchen staff and manage banquet food operations.
