Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key is seeking an energetic Food and Beverage Director to lead our dynamic team. You will oversee all F&B outlets, banquets, and culinary operations, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food production while driving profitability.

The ideal candidate has college degree and 3-5 years in F&B leadership, strong staff development, and expertise in food safety, POS systems, and hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• College degree plus 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage managing multiple outlets.
• Extensive experience in food service management with strong hospitality leadership.
• Proven ability to supervise diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Experience with banquet service, catering coordination, or coffee-related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all food and beverage departments, including outlets, culinary, banquets, and resort activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize service offerings and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise staff recruitment, training and development, scheduling and evaluations.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial operations to maximize profitability.
• Ensure adherence to POS systems operation and customer service excellence.
• Monitor daily operations to uphold food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Oversee maintenance and lifecycle management of all F&B equipment and supplies.
• Evaluate and enhance procedures and develop new concepts to elevate guest experience.
• Serve as a senior leader, handling escalated requests with professionalism and care.
• Foster communication across resort departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
