Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates meetings, maximizing banquet space to meet catering revenue goals.
• Collaborates with property operations and F&B to satisfy client needs during sales and event planning.
• Assists clients in selecting menus and A/V needs; uses upselling to boost revenue.
• Monitors group room blocks and attendance throughout planning.
• Creates event floor plans with Social Tables to confirm layouts with clients.
• Serves as host for groups on arrival; flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
