Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an energetic Food and Beverage Director to lead our dynamic team across all outlets at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key in Florida. You will drive service excellence, oversee production, and manage resources to deliver memorable guest experiences.

We value leadership, hospitality expertise, and a proven record in high-volume operations, banquets, and event coordination, with a focus on safety, cost control, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree plus 3–5 years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage.
• Experience managing high-volume, multiple outlets.
• Strong hospitality leadership and guest service focus.
• Experience with banquet and event coordination is a plus.
• Knowledge of cost controls and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all food and beverage departments across outlets.
• Develop strategies to maximize service offerings and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial operations.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Serve as senior hotel leader and handle escalated guest concerns.
• Support banquet and group operations including weddings and corporate events.
