Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations across outlets, delivering exceptional experiences and strong business results at the property level.

You will develop strategies to drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability while overseeing restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and room service. A collaborative, commercially minded leader will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience within hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality operations.
• Experience as Director of F&B, Restaurant GM, Banquet Director, or multi-outlet leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet management, catering, bar operations, culinary coordination, and guest service excellence.
• Experience managing F&B financials including forecasting, budgeting, labor management, inventory control, cost analysis, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills; ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, sanitation, alcohol service laws, and health department compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, catering, room service, and events.
• Develop and execute F&B strategies to drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Oversee restaurant operations, banquet service, catering execution, culinary partnerships, and service standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop F&B leadership teams to support high performance.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs, Banquets, Sales, Revenue, and hotel leadership to align operational and commercial strategies.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, food/beverage costs, inventory, forecasting, and departmental budgets.
