Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Roswell, GA seeks a Food and Beverage Director to lead and elevate dining experiences across boutique hotel venues, with a focus on strong leadership, cost control, and exceptional guest service. Chambray's anticipated opening is Summer 2027, with hiring starting in Spring 2027, offering growth across IRHG's 30+ locations.

You will oversee operations, mentor staff, manage procurement, and ensure profitability while upholding the group’s hospitality standards

Qualifications

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Passionate about hospitality and core values.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership from check-in to daily operations.
• Oversee F&B across hotel spaces for profits and guest experiences.
• Maintain high service/quality standards in food production and service.
• Lead, mentor, and train the F&B operations team.
• Manage ordering and receiving to ensure price accuracy.
• Act as ambassador for IRHG and support service culture.
• Deliver unique guest services to create memorable experiences.
