Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Director to lead boutique hotel dining experiences with a passion for hospitality and a proven record in elevating restaurant concepts. You will oversee all F&B operations across the hotel, ensuring exceptional service, profitability, and guest satisfaction while mentoring a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership from check-in to food service and daily operations oversight.
• Oversee food and beverage across hotel space to maximize profits and guest experiences.
• Maintain highest standards of service and quality across food production, equipment, banquet, room service, beverage, and purchasing in F&B.
• Lead, mentor, and train the F&B operations team.
• Implement ordering/receiving program to secure proper quantities and pricing.
• Act as ambassador for IRHG and provide leadership to F&B outlet departments to support service culture.
• Provide unique guest services to create memorable experiences and retention.
