Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities
  • Prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures, and standards
  • Knowledge of PLCB and RG standards
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends
  • Monitor guests’ needs continuously and ensure all requests are promptly fulfilled
  • Accurate and efficient use of POS system
  • Monitor guests’ alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training
  • Assist other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties
  • Collaborate with servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations
Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Required to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Problem‑solving skills and ability to deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner
  • Interpretation of a variety of instructions (written, oral, etc.)
  • Basic computer knowledge, including clear use of POS system
  • Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
  • Must be able to obtain RAMP certification
Physical Demands
  • Walk approximately 30% of the time
  • Stand approximately 60% of the time
  • Bend and lift ≤10% of the time
  • Lift and move up to 50 pounds maximum
Work Environment

Smoking is permitted in guest areas and non‑smoking in designated employee areas. The job environment features high noise levels.
