Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Morgantown, West Virginia, is seeking a Beverage Server to provide prompt and efficient service to casino guests. Ideal candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing guest requests and utilizing the POS system accurately. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for courteous beverage service to casino guests.
• Monitors guests' needs and fulfills requests promptly.
• Accurately uses the POS system.
• Monitor guests’ needs and promptly fulfill requests.
• Accurately and efficiently use the POS system.
• Monitor guests’ alcohol intake in line with RAMP training.
• Assist other food and beverage team members with maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with policies, procedures and standards
• Responsible for having knowledge of PLCB and RG standards
• Responsible for having knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends
• Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled
• Responsible for accurately and efficiently use of POS system
• Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training
• Assists other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties
• Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations
