Job summary

Angel Fire Resort is seeking a Busser to support our Food & Beverage team in Angel Fire, New Mexico. You will help keep the dining area clean, stock self-serve stations, and assist guests with their needs in a fast-paced environment.

The role is seasonal, full- or part-time, with shifts that vary by venue. Starts at $14/hr plus tips, and training is provided with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest questions and provides information about food/beverage menu, resort activities, hours of operations etc.
• Delivers food to tables in efficient and courteous manner
• Clears dirty dishes and trays from tables and promptly cleans tables and chairs
• Maintains a clean and well stocked dining room by sweeping, taking out trash, vacuuming etc.
• Assists dishwasher, servers, bartenders and food expeditors when necessary
• Knowledgeable of floor layouts, server sections, and table numbers or outlet
• Carries out tasks and projects as assigned by manager

Environment:

This is a physically demanding, indoor position. Must be able stand and walk for long periods of time and occasionally lift/carry 30lbs.
