Job summary

Angel Fire Resort in New Mexico is seeking a skilled bartender for our winter season. This hourly, non-exempt role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, keeping the bar area clean, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional guest service.

You must be at least 21, have proven bartending experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team this winter season! This position will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers. The bartender will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their drinks and overall experience. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, have relevant bartending experience, and will strive to consistently produce a quality product.

Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, flexible, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays

Environment: This is an indoor position which includes working in a busy restaurant. Must be able to stand for entire shift occasionally carrying 50lbs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
