Job summary

Angel Fire Resort is seeking experienced Line Cooks for the winter season to join a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment. Successful applicants will follow food handling procedures and strive to produce quality products while working well with the team.

Starts at $16/hr depending on experience. Positions are hourly, non-exempt, with seasonal full and part time options. Compliance with food handler certification and attendance requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• NM Food Handlers Certification required.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience as a cook is an advantage but not essential.
• Knife skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food using fryers, ovens, stoves, grills, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment.
• Follows prep duties and recipes to ensure consistency and quality in product.
• Regularly cleans and sanitizes work station, maintains a clean and organized kitchen.
• Works well on a team and takes direction from kitchen manager accordingly.
• Upholds proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
