Mt. Hood Meadows in Oregon is hiring experienced bartenders to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment at our mountain resort.

You'll craft cocktails, pour local brews, and greet guests from behind the bar and at the walk-up line, helping create a welcoming, memorable experience. This seasonal, part- or full-time role requires 21+, OLCC permit, food handler card, and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years high-volume bartending experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• OLCC Permit & Oregon Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain.
• Lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
• Comfort with seasonal business dynamics.
• Weekend and holiday availability during winter operations.

Position Overview

Shake up your season with a bartending job like no other, where the mountains are your backdrop and every shift brings a new adventure. At Mt. Hood Meadows, we’re looking for experienced, guest-focused bartenders who can deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while helping create a welcoming atmosphere throughout our restaurants.

As a Bartender, you’ll craft quality cocktails, pour local brews, and connect with guests from behind the bar, at the walk-up line, and throughout the restaurant. You’ll keep things moving during busy periods, maintain a clean and organized bar, and help create memorable moments for guests looking to unwind after a day on the mountain. From après on the deck to a quick drink between runs, you’ll play an important role in making every guest’s experience a great one.

We’re seeking candidates with solid high-volume bartending experience, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing rhythm of mountain resort life. Qualifications& Experience

• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
• Available to work weekends and holidays during winter operations

Compensation:

• Starting Wage: $ 17.25 hourly +Tips
