Summary

Food & Beverage Attendant

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking and filling food and beverage orders, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service according to outlet standards. Pay starts at $15.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: List duties in order of time spent or importance. Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation include:

  1. Practicing, supporting, and maintaining the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
  2. Providing prompt, efficient, and friendly quality service to all guests of the casino.
  3. Complying with cash-handling procedures.
  4. Maintaining current and accurate knowledge of all menu items.
  5. Reviewing all food and beverage orders with guests to ensure accuracy.
  6. Learning guests’ preferences and making recommendations based on those preferences.
  7. Cleaning and organizing workstations according to department standards and health requirements.
  8. Complying with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules and regulations.
  9. Attending periodic meetings and training sessions.
  10. Providing outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
  11. Maintaining a neat and clean appearance.
  12. Performing other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 19 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous server and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology.
  • Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is not required for this position.

WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or having authority for comps? Yes

Gaming License Required: Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.

Other Certifications: Food Handler, ServSafe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification.
