Summary

Food & Beverage Attendant

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for creating an excellent guest experience by taking and filling food and beverage orders, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing outstanding customer service according to outlet standards. Pay starts at $15.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: List duties in order of time spent or importance. Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation include:

  • Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
  • Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all casino guests.
  • Complies with cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintains current knowledge of all menu items.
  • Reviews food and beverage orders with guests to ensure accuracy.
  • Learns guests’ preferences and makes recommendations accordingly.
  • Cleans and organizes workstations per department standards and health requirements.
  • Adheres to all department and company rules, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations.
  • Attends meetings and training sessions periodically.
  • Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
  • Presents a neat and clean appearance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 19 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous server and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact with mobile devices and touchscreen technology.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is not required for this position.

WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules to meet business needs.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcohol or having comp authority? Yes. Gaming License required: Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License. Other certifications include Food Handler, ServSafe, TIPS Alcohol Certification.
