Job summary

Powdr Corp. (Mt. Bachelor) in Bend, Oregon seeks a Seasonal F&B Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our food and beverage outlets.

You will help lead and supervise 25–50 FOH & BOH staff, stepping in to cover manager shifts as needed, while maintaining service levels aligned with corporate goals. The role requires OLCC and Oregon Food Handler’s Card, plus standing/walking during shifts. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree in hospitality desired.

Qualifications

• License/Certifications: OLCC and Oregon Food Handler’s Card.
• Education: High School Degree; associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations in Food & Beverage outlets.
• Cover manager shifts when the manager is off.
• Lead and supervise 25–50 FOH & BOH staff; voice leadership and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws, including liquor, OSHA, and sanitation standards.
• Develop and implement staff training; monitor performance; participate in budget and inventory processes.
