Powder Mountain/Mt. Bachelor are looking for a restaurant/food & beverage leader to help manage daily operations at Mt. Bachelor. You will provide leadership, supervise staff, and ensure service levels align with corporate goals. Strong communication and organization are essential.

The role requires OLCC and Oregon Food Handler’s Card, 2+ years in a related role, and a commitment to guest service excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive perks package.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma; an associate degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a food and beverage setting is required.
• Licenses: OLCC and Oregon Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Serve as shift leader to ensure outstanding customer service and smooth guest flow.
• Review daily reports, inventory, budget progress and goals as assigned.
• Assist with events according to banquet event orders.
• Develop and sustain staff engagement via daily huddles and coaching.
• Maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations and sanitation standards.
• Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and general outlet accounting.
• Schedule and supervise 25–50 FOH & BOH staff; ensure timely staffing.
