Job summary

Desert Diamond Casino White Tanks is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations across the food courts, restaurants and bars under the direction of venue leadership. You will train staff, maintain professional service, and ensure compliance with TOGE alcohol controls and health/safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, inventory control and guest relations, with a focus on delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and 5 years of dining room or restaurant management experience.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background check and obtain gaming license.
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers card and TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food & Beverage operations and training under venue leadership.
• Ensure compliance with TOGE policies and health/safety codes.
• Develop schedules, supervise staff, and conduct monthly inventory.
