Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to greet guests, deliver knowledgeable beverage and dining service, and maintain a clean, safe work area. You will follow Title 4 alcohol laws and TOGE controls while supporting a fast-paced team in a casino setting.

The role requires a high-energy, guest-focused attitude, ability to work evenings and weekends, and willingness to obtain Food Handlers and TIPS certifications. Prior food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Recent experience in food service and POS cash handling preferred.
Must be 18 years or older; pass pre-employment screens and obtain gaming license.
Able to obtain Food Handlers card.
Able to obtain TIPS certification.
Basic English reading/writing ability.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide courteous service in a fast-paced dining room.
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas following health/food safety regulations.
Assist in training new team members.
Coordinate with team to ensure seamless guest experience across outlets.
Respond to guests requests and manage service with a positive attitude.
Support management with daily operations and adherence to policies.
