Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager in a casino environment. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with Title 4 alcohol laws and TOGE controls to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires 5 years of dining room/restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 5 years of dining room food service or restaurant management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Able to obtain a Food Handlers card and TIPS certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with staff and the public.
• Knowledge of restaurant management, inventory practices, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for Food & Beverage and train staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Create schedules, organize workloads, and conduct monthly inventory.
• Ensure compliance with TOGE/Title 4 alcohol laws and health codes.
• Respond to customer complaints and coordinate with management on improvements.
• Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
