Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations lead at DDC - Waddell, AZ (White Tanks at San Lucy). Under supervision, you will oversee F&B operations, train staff, and ensure courteous guest service while adhering to TOGE controls and Title 4 liquor laws.

You will collaborate with culinary and supervisory teams to exceed guest expectations, manage inventories, maintain safety standards, and drive a high-performance workplace culture in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communications with team members and the public.
• Knowledge of restaurant management and inventory practices.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handlers card and TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for Food & Beverage and ensure professional, efficient service.
• Train staff, organize workloads, and direct staff to meet guest expectations.
