Job summary

Desert Diamond Casino West Valley is hiring for a Food & Beverage service role. You will greet guests, serve meals and drinks, and ensure a clean, safe dining environment in a fast-paced casino setting.

The position requires knowledge of Title 4 Arizona liquor law, TOGE procedures, and the ability to obtain necessary certifications. Evening and weekend shifts are common, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Recent experience in food service POS cash handling preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, and obtain a gaming license.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card and TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous food & beverage service.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow health/food safety codes.
• Assist in training new team members and support a positive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Monitor guest intoxication and follow proper procedures.
