Job summary

ACET, Incorporated in Fort Worth seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee contracted maintenance operations for F/A-18 variants. You will be the primary on-site interface with the squadron and manage multi-disciplinary aircraft maintenance teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires deep aviation maintenance leadership, DoD clearance, and a proven track record in coordinating with military and contractor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in military or commercial tactical aviation maintenance.
• At least 4 years in direct supervisory, Site Manager, or Maintenance Officer role.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead, and evaluate on-site team of technicians and logistics professionals.
• Monitor performance metrics and contract delivery schedules.
• Serve as the principal POC for squadron leadership and DCMA representatives.
• Enforce NAMP policies, explosive safety, TCP, FOD mitigation, and OSHA protocols.
• Oversee staffing actions, scheduling, and mentorship for team leads.
