Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support the F-35 JPO training systems program, with responsibilities spanning pilot and maintenance training devices, courseware, and LVC integration. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and at least two years in program management or business analysis.

Onsite presence at the JPO in Arlington, VA is required, with travel up to 10%. The position emphasizes collaboration with customers and IPTs, and includes RFP and contract support through

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security clearance.
• Associates degree.
• 2 years of program management, technical or business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition and DoD 5000-series.
• Knowledge of FAR for contract development and modifications.
• Experience with program/project status, schedules, and DoD reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of Pilot and Maintenance Training Devices.
• Produce courseware used for classroom training.
• Manage Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) subsystems as part of the architecture.
• Perform verification and validation of training products prior to delivery.
• Support TSS PMO Acquisition Cell and JSE Acquisition from requirements gathering to bid package development and evaluation.
• Coordinate onsite support at the JPO in Arlington, VA (2–5 days per week) as directed.
