Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Manager to support the F-35 Joint Program Office in Crystal City, VA. This role involves overseeing training device development, courseware, and LVC subsystems while coordinating contract actions and proposal evaluations. A DoD security clearance and relevant experience in weapons system acquisition are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Pilot Training Devices development and delivery, and explore future tech to address training system limits.
• Oversee Pilot and Maintenance Training Courseware production used for classroom training.
• Assist in Live, Virtual, and Constructive subsystems management within the LVC architecture.
• Support verification and validation activities for Training Products prior to delivery to the customer.
• Support TSS PMO Acquisition Cell and Joint Simulation Environment acquisition efforts, including contract actions and RFP package development.
• Coordinate with IPTs and stakeholders, communicate needs to prime contractor, review RFPs and proposals, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with acquisitions-related tasks including financial management, risk management, systems engineering, and communications.
