Job summary

Serco is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to support the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO). You will design CM documentation, approve changes, and guide documentation methods across the JPO and partner nations.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, a relevant degree with experience in CM or program management, and the ability to onsite at the JPO in Crystal City, VA 2–5 days weekly. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in program management, technical or business analysis.
• Alternate: Associate's degree with 10 years total experience.
• Minimum 3 of 6 years in aircraft systems or similar configuration management.
• Experience with DoD CM policies, reviews, and engineering change processes.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish configuration management documentation.
• Authorize releases of drawings and software configuration changes specified by JPO and cross-functional groups.
• Provide guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements for documentation.
• Plan and implement methods to improve response times and effectiveness.
• Participate in special studies and lead lower-level CM staff when needed.
• Support JPO Change Review Board (JCRB) and Configuration Control Board (JCCB).
• Assist International Directorate in supporting F-35 Partner nations representatives.
• Provide onsite support at the JPO in Crystal City, VA (minimum 2 days/week; up to 5 days/week).
