Job summary

Serco Inc. in the Crystal City/Washington, DC area seeks a Program Manager/Analyst to support the F-35 Training Systems PMO.

This role covers development, delivery, operation and maintenance of Pilot and Maintenance Training Devices and the related courseware across Live, Virtual, and Constructive training environments. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s in CS, MIS, or Business (or an Associate’s with 10 years of relevant experience) and an active DoD Secret clearance, plus a track record in DoD

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related discipline; or Associate’s degree with 10 years of related work experience.
Active DoD Secret Security clearance required.
Experience in program management, technical or business analysis in weapon systems acquisition.
Knowledge of DoD 5000.2 and IC/AT&L policies and practices.
Experience in acquisition lifecycle management and contract actions.

Responsibilities

Pilot and Maintenance Training Devices – oversee development and delivery of Pilot and Maintenance Training Devices and explore future technology solutions.
Pilot and Maintenance Training Courseware – produce courseware for classroom training.
Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) – manage LVC subsystems as part of the training architecture.
Verification and Validation – perform V&V for Training Products prior to delivery.
IPT/Stakeholder coordination through RFP package development and evaluation; communicate needs with prime contractor.
Assist with acquisitions, financial management, risk management, systems engineering, and life cycle cost determination.
