Job summary

Serco is seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst to support the F-35 JPO in Crystal City, VA, with onsite work at least 2 days a week. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a relevant degree, and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.

You will manage CM documentation, authorize changes, advise on procedures, and help improve response times while potentially leading junior staff and coordinating with the JCRB/JCCB and international partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in program management, technical or business analysis; or an Associate's degree with 10 years of experience.
• Experience in aircraft systems or configuration management is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish configuration management documentation.
• Authorize release of drawings and software configuration changes.
• Provide guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements for documentation.
• Plan and implement methods to improve response times and effectiveness.
• May provide leadership for lower-level employees and colleagues.
• Support JPO Change Review Board and Configuration Control Board processes.
• Assist International Directorate with national partners' representation.
