Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support the F-35 Joint Program Office Training Systems and Simulation PMO.

The role involves overseeing pilot and maintenance training devices, developing courseware, and managing LVC architecture while coordinating contract actions from requirements through award. The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and substantial experience in defense program management, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, Business or related discipline; or Associate’s with 10 years total experience.
• 4+ years in program management, technical or business analysis in weapon systems acquisition and lifecycle management.
• Experience with MDAP or DoD acquisition programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pilot and Maintenance Training Devices oversight and future tech exploration.
• Produce courseware for training as a classroom supplement.
• Manage Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) subsystems within the training architecture.
• Perform verification and validation of training products prior to delivery.
• Facilitate contract actions from requirements gathering through award; propose strategies.
• Lead IPT and stakeholder communications; prepare RFP packages and evaluate proposals.
• Assist with acquisitions, financial management, risk management, systems engineering, total ownership cost, and communications.
• Provide onsite support at Crystal City, VA as required (3–5 days/week).
