Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a FMS Program Analyst in Arlington, VA to advise JPO leadership on security cooperation policy and case execution. You will work with U.S. and international partners and contribute to the end-to-end FMS lifecycle.

The role requires on-site presence in Crystal City, VA, up to 2–5 days per week, and a DoD Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience (or Associates + 10 years) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years' experience in related international acquisition programs.
• DoD SA/SC program familiarity and FMS knowledge.
• Knowledge of DoD instructions and acquisition policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert management in security policy, case development and execution.
• Coordinate with SAF/IA, NIPO, AFSAC, and NAVAIR to support FMS processes.
• Review directives to maintain up-to-date expertise and update processes.
• Incorporate new technology and lessons learned into FMS processes.
• Develop, evaluate and improve work methods and manpower utilization.
• Advise country teams on policy, case development and execution.
• Assist with Pricing, LOAs and amendments in Security Cooperation systems.
• Prepare clear oral and written briefings for government and industry.
• Manage Annual Case Reviews per DSCA RC M guidance.
