Collins Aerospace is seeking a F-35 M-code Development Program Chief Engineer (PCE) to lead a cross-functional engineering team in GPS and Anti-Jam solutions for the F-35 platform. The role oversees technical execution, risk management, and on-time, on-budget delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met.

Requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and systems engineering for hardware-software design and integration.
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering complex technical solutions.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Advanced degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team to achieve program objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate with PMT to align scope with contractual commitments and requirements.
• Oversee work packages, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals.
• Interface with IPTLs, POs, and CAMs to allocate resources and address needs.
• Serve as primary technical interface with customers and manage risks.
• Review technical and program documentation for compliance.
• Contribute to technical assessments, proposals, and planning activities.
• Improve processes using new project management and engineering tools.
